Da Hong Pao 大紅袍 - Big Red Robe in English - is a long leaf oolong from from the WuYi Mountains in the Fujian province of China. The leaves are twisted and finished by charcoal firing. Characterized by its a woodsy flavor and a sweet finish, when brewed, a gem like deep red tea is revealed.
