To use: A decoction get's the full flavors of all the roots and berries. Simmer with lid on, one heaping Tablespoon in 16oz of water for 5 minutes, let stand (still covered), 10 minutes or longer. Drink it all down once a day to give your immune system a good cook in the you know where. I like to drink mine with honey and milk. The taste is a little dry and earthy.
