Astragalus Tisane

Elder berries, rose hips, astragalus, and echinacea


A woody blend of astragalus, elderberries, rosehips, and echinacea.

Note: Not to be used if pregnant.
To use: A decoction gets the full flavors of all the roots and berries. Simmer with lid on, one heaping Tablespoon in 16oz of water for 5 minutes, let stand (still covered), 10 minutes or longer. I like to drink mine with honey and milk. The taste is a little dry and earthy.
