Ingredients: fennel*, ginger, lemongrass* - *organic
To brew: Pour 8oz of just boiled water over 1 teaspoon of blend, let steep 5 minutes. For a really strong brew, simmer on the stove for 5 minutes. Strain into tea cups and serve after a heavy meal to help aid digestion.
