Bee Pollen Granules are collected from bees as they enter the hive. It has a sweet powdery taste and should be stored in an opaque container away from sunlight. Heat destroys much of the nutrient value so it's best used as a condiment. It's delicious on things like salads and toast, but could also be used as a decoration on sweet treats. Medicinally, it's valued for it's high nutrient content, boasting vitamins A, B,C, D, E, K, folic acid, calcium, potassium, iron, zinc, magnesium, selenium, protein and amino acids. Traditionally it's said to support everything from low energy levels to reducing allergies.

Consult health care practitioner before use if you have any known severe allergies as bee pollen is a mixture of pollen from many different plants. Even if there are no known allergies, use caution and only a small amount and wait to see your body's response before regular use.
