Bee Pollen Granules are collected from bees as they enter the hive. It has a sweet powdery taste and should be stored in an opaque container away from sunlight. Heat destroys much of the nutrient value so it's best used as a condiment. It's delicious on things like salads and toast, but could also be used as a decoration on sweet treats.
