Like sipping the golden hour—Honey Sunset is a calming herbal blend with a warm, honeyed sweetness and gently floral aroma. Made with South African honeybush, elderflowers, rose petals, and bee pollen, it brews into a deep amber infusion that glows like the setting sun.
Originally developed as Herbal Sunset, this blend evolved when sourcing osmanthus became difficult during the pandemic. The final ounces of the original blend were lovingly finished, and the formula was reborn with a fresh, seasonal focus. Honeysuckle blossoms—fragrant, nostalgic—became the heart of the updated recipe, supported by lemon verbena’s bright herbal lift and the gentle sweetness of bee pollen.
Enjoy it hot or iced. The honeybush base is naturally caffeine-free, making it a perfect wind-down blend at the end of the day, or a sunny afternoon refresher. Preparation: Use 1 tsp per 8 oz water at 205–212°F. Steep for 4–5 minutes. May be infused 2–3 times.
