At the shop we add a little to the french press while our Kitchen Sink Chai or Breakfast Assam Black tea steeps and we foam milk for latte style Chai.
At home, you can add some right into your tea infuser. Warm up some milk on the stove and use a whisk to give a similar effect. It doesn't take a lot, 1/4-1/2t will be plenty for a cup of tea.
