Originally blended for Kristin’s daughter (who was just 3 years old at the time), this sweet and spicy tea is now a family favorite. A vibrant herbal mix of rosehips, lemongrass, oatstraw, nettles, cinnamon, and raspberry, lightly sweetened with stevia. Tastes delicious and feels comforting at any age.
Sweet 'n' Spice began as a tea for our daughter Lucille. At the time, we called it “Toddler Tonic”—crafted to support her growing body with herbs known in folk traditions for nourishment and vitality. But it didn’t take long before I was drinking it just as often. It was simply too delicious not to share.
With rosehips, lemongrass, cinnamon, nettle leaf, oatstraw, and a pinch of stevia, this herbal blend balances a citrus-bright flavor with sweet and spicy warmth. It’s naturally caffeine-free and rich in traditional tonic herbs, long valued for their use in teas supporting general wellness and comfort.
We renamed it “Sweet 'n' Spice” to reflect its broader appeal—still inspired by Lucy -- who is Sweet and Spicy herself, but perfect for anyone who loves a cozy, gently sweet brew. It’s become one of our go-to blends, especially when we want something both tasty and feel-good.
