Inspired the romance of the season, Twilight lives up to its namesake. A lovely tea any time of day, but particularly for evening soirees where you want to stay up late and enjoy all the late hours have to offer. Keemun, a Chinese black tea, is the primary ingredient and is complimented by a hint of lavender, linden, and a spicy cardamom tone. Perfect on its own, it also is lovely with honey and milk.
To Brew: Use 1 tsp of tea with 8oz of water, approximately 205-212 °F. Let steep for 4-5 mins. Can be infused 1-2 times.
