Jasmine Pearl Green Tea

The king of jasmine teas. Jasmine Pearls is made with young green tea, using the first two leaves and a bud. It is processed in a traditional green tea fashion and hand rolled into small pearls during the shaping process. Once finished they are set aside until May, when the jasmine harvest begins and then are heat infused with the blossoms. Jasmine can vary in flavor, from powdery floral to tropical fruit. The jasmine used to scent this tea veers slightly towards the tropical fruit side and pairs perfectly with medium bodied green tea used at its base.
