About 2 minutes of prep and 20 minutes of roasting in the oven or toaster oven. It&#8217;s become my absolute favorite egg recipe when I have a half hour to make breakfast. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ingredient breakdown:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>2 eggs<\/li><li>1 Tablespoon chopped fresh herbs or 1 teaspoon dried herbs like chives and thyme <\/li><li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.littlewoodsherbal.com\/products\/208-salt-sea-salt-coarse-ground\">Salt<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.littlewoodsherbal.com\/products\/97-black-pepper-whole-organic\">pepper<\/a> to taste or for a little kick, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.littlewoodsherbal.com\/products\/321-hunter-spice\">Hunter Spice<\/a> or <a href=\"https:\/\/www.littlewoodsherbal.com\/products\/297-berbere\">Berbere<\/a>.<\/li><li>1-2 Tablespoons heavy whipping cream<\/li><li>Bonus add on: Canadian Bacon<\/li><li>Bonus add on: cheese like feta or parm on top<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bake it all at 325F for
